CNC Machined MDF Curved Doors
These bespoke curved panels were CNC-machined from 25mm and 9mm MDF, laminated after routing for added strength. Based on supplied AutoCAD drawings, they feature clean curves and a 6mm recess slot, delivered ready spray paint.
CNC Textured Wooden Panels for Decorative Joinery
This project showcases custom 3D textures for decorative joinery applications like kitchen doors, wall panels, and bespoke furniture. The texture was designed in CAD/CAM software and CNC-machined into solid oak, achieving a hand-carved effect with consistent precision
Custom Library: 3D Design, Rendering, and CNC Machining
This bespoke library was drawn and rendered in SolidWorks, giving the client a realistic visualisation before production. All components were prepared with CAD/CAM programming and CNC-machined for a flawless, ready-to-install result.
