We work with businesses and individual customers alike. Most of our work is subcontract CNC machining for joinery workshops and trade contractors, but if you have your own drawings, a specific component in mind, or a one-off project, we're happy to quote it.

Yes. As well as machining components ourselves, we offer CAD/CAM file preparation, file optimisation, and Alphacam toolpath programming as a standalone service.

Both are available. If you already have a drawing, CAD file, or finished design, we can machine it directly. If you need the design created first, our 3D Furniture Design service covers that — 3D modelling, an accurate preview, and a cutting list — and we can take the project straight through to CNC machining afterwards.

DXF and DWG are preferred for flat-cut 2D work. STEP is accepted for 3D component data. PDFs are accepted as reference alongside a dimensions list. If you only have a sketch or cutting list, get in touch and we’ll discuss what’s needed.

We tend to use our own material. If you have something special to machine — let us know when you request a quote.

Yes. PVC or ABS edgebanding is applied to MDF, MFC, and plywood components matched to your panel finish, combined with CNC routing in the same subcontract order.

From a single prototype to small and medium production batches. No minimum order quantities. Large volume runs are assessed case-by-case.

Most subcontract CNC orders complete within 3–7 working days from order confirmation, depending on complexity, batch size and material availability. Urgent turnaround can sometimes be accommodated.

Yes — oak, walnut, ash, pine, and most standard hardwoods. Material can be supplied by you or sourced by us.

File preparation and toolpath programming can be a standalone service if you're running the file on your own CNC machine, or it's included as part of the job if we're machining the parts ourselves.

A typical project takes 3–7 working days from receipt of a full brief and dimensions. Complex multi-piece projects are quoted individually.
